Funny, I've been thinking along the same lines. 4t of ammo for 2 streaks is WAAAAAY too much though. Even though you're a light hunter, you're still slower than said lights, have no jumpjets, and don't think you'll survive long enough to actually use up all the 100 salvos! Especially if you'd equip pulselasers, which are more effective at stripping parts than those random streaks anyway: If you really want that max engine, A max engine AND pulse lasers will get the ammo a bit too low, but I think that as long as you are a bit decent with your pulses, those will be more effective than the potential 100 salvos of streaks.
Blagg Zear, SubjectSeven, Artemis IV dont effect for Streak SRM2, only Beagle Active Probe, so you know. Artemis IV do effect only for SRM and LRM.
There was a bug that was a fixed a couple patches ago where having Artemis installed caused SSRMs to lock much faster than normal.
Oh, I do. Since I started running this build I have had the most fun and challenging games I have ever had on MWO. I found myself on alpine in a fight with SIX mechs and not only survived (minus a shield arm) but managed to get away and finished the match and was fighting till the end of the round. (wish I had filmed that one lol) I also like the looks I get when I keep up with the ravens and locusts on cap runs. I dubbed it HotRod and I love it. EDIT: I run max armor and only one ton of Streak ammo but otherwise its the same. wish i could shoehorn in a BAP without compromising the build, but i cant. Oh, well
