I see that build quite a bit tbh in players in teams but its been replaced by the quad gauss macro scrip kiddies.

Not a fan of the mechlab but its hard to miss that as your weight is wrong.... so unlikely. Ran out of money and needed another drop to cover the cost?

I did that once with a light and ran conquest for a few drops just to cover the XL engine cost engine.

Probably a bot. I've run into that a few times where there's a guy still around at the end of the game sitting in back with some lrms scanning side to side and up an down and when a target locks it launches missiles until the lock is lost. I think it's some kind of bot program that some losers are running.

 

I was looking at the target first! lol I was like, "What, MPL and SRM Battlemasters are great!" lol Whoops!

 

Cringeworthy build + gamestyle combo.

There was this Hunchback camping the mountain at the other side of the plateau on Alpine. At first we didn't noticed what the build was ; we supposed it was an LRM, but it wasn't threatening so finally we didn't care apart from a PPC shot from time to time when it was the only target. It's only at the end we get a lock and realized how shity the build was, and how the pilot positioning was totally inapropriate.

 

Let's see:

-3rd person view;
-Assault camping at base;
-Questionable weapon loadout (wubs+AC2s makes one of the worse couples for me);
-Single MG with 3000 ammo;
-Inactive AMS;
-He was standing here, but 50,3 km/h speed with a STD engine.

So beautiful !

Yes, there is no ECM installed. I was wondering why I don't get the ECM symbol for the longest time.
Is guesing on STD engine on this one, since otherwise you would have stacks of leftover tonnage for 4x SL and 2x MG.

edit: the more I look at this image the more I think of this build as an absolute masterpiece. Not only the dual PPCs instead of an AC/20, but also mounting only two MGs when there are three hardpoints, or loading two tons of ammo for a single AMS.

 

The crab was out of ammo after a few shots, but with this build, no chance...
