Really crazy maneuverability, speed, and dps. Dual AC/5s end up out dpsing AC20 by the 2nd ac20 shot (50 dmg vs 40 dmg) This build works with both 9B and 9S.
I've seen this build in highlanders before. They all seem too slow to protect your AC5's. I think this one could work. But as configured, 3-5. If it can fit AMS, 4-5
Your heat sinks are superfluous. 57% Heat efficiency? That means with only basic XP upgades, you can hold down an alpha key for 34 seconds straight! Completely unnecessary. I'd drop all heat sinks aside from those added to the engine, add AMS and BAP. Winds up with a very useable 53% heat efficiency after first round basic upgrades, much better defense and improves sensor range, enemy information readouts and allows you to hold targets on ECM and overheated mechs to assist your team. LOVE the name! Good weapon loadout as well. I would just flip a few things around as stated. OP I'd give 4/5. Good build. I've been looking to get into Victors and after farming up the CBills to get a good engine, I'll likely go with something very similar. Chatt.
Not enough ammo, and I hate to say it, but to much cooling. Still a decent build. Tweek it a little. Drops some DHS, add Artemis and some more SRM ammo, maybe an AMS. Also drop the engine from XL360 to XL355 to save a little weight as well.
