CLOSED Trying to figure this out

I have a max sustained dps (damage per second) of 5.93. The max damage I am doing is: 32.00. Cooling effienciency is up to 51%. I need to find out how much damage I can do per second with a 24.5% cooldown increase.

It doesn't say that anywhere. It says feedback in the description. Please show me how to calculate this myself.
