Long range sniper with close in firepower. Use the 3 PPCs at range chain fired or all 3 on a juicey target when cool. When things get hairy in close use your 4 MLas and SSRM to still be a mech to be worried about should any light feel frisky. Good speed thanks to its 300 engine and since this is primarily intended to be a long range fire support mech I felt it was a fair trade putting an XL engine in it. Ignore the heat figure since you should never fire everything at once. In close using the 4MLas and SSRM your heat efficiency is at 71% and when using your PPCs its at a solid 44% With this mechs good heat capacity you can get off 2 Alphas of all 3 PPCs without popping your top but I would only recommend doing that if you have a stationary target you know you can hit who isn't paying attention or when you only get one shot at someone who is jumping back into cover.
