I had the same idea, but my version differs in various points. First of all, you build lacks ammo. A lot. Additionally, you didn't use Endo, which allows to mount additionally close range weapons as well as more DHS. First of all, here's an optimized version of the IS Summoner: Going faster by choosing an XL300 should be possible as well. Another version skips the ERPPC in favor of a regular version, but mounts additional MLas:
This thing somehow got me hooked. One of the main problems of the version withough secondary lasers is the lower damage of an IS ERPPC compared to the clan version. Still working on this thing, though.
I had a similar idea and came up with something similar to Aylek's. I'm going to run with this for a bit. If it needs more cooling, dropping leg armor down to 41 per leg would allow another DHS to be added. Hmm.. I think I'll give the original build a 3/5 since it is a good idea but needed some tweaking.
