used to try the same build with an AC/10, and an XL-Engine for 106,9 mph... but well, the lure of the AC/20... as a result this thing is a bit slow.. but hits like a horse, especially in city-maps. if you get dumped on alpine, you have at least the ER-PPC. Arms are pure damage shields. Elevation might be a problem in alpine/canyons but in general, not a big one.
Without having played this, I dunno. If you are lurking in the back of the pack as support, yeah, could do a lot of damage. But get caught alone and you are likely to die fast. That 190 will mean your turning rate, torso twist and run speed is really low? Interesting to experiment with small STD engines on a medium and a heavy payload. Any battlefield footage? How do you play this mech? Which roles? Edit: Just remembered, the Treb torsos have high mounts, at least for the PPC's...are the AC20 gun also high up? Peek'n'shoot?
I've seen this build with a gauss rifle and a XL engine. this is an interesting trade off. I don't think you have enough speed to be viable. so, 3-5 stars.
I see a lot of people sacrificing so much to put the mighty PPC into a build. As much as I love PPCs, they're often not the right choice. It's better to go full melee: or full ranged (w/ psycho engine):
