http://mwomercs.com/forums/topic/160509-targeting-computers-and-command-console/ Examples (smallest and largest): Targeting Computer Mk I Weight: 1 ton. Slots: 1 slot. Zoom distance: [+2.25]% Sensor range: [+2.25]% Time to gather target info: [-22.5]% Projectile weapon projectile speed: [+4.5]% Beam weapon long ranges: [+4.5]% Beam weapon max ranges: [+4.5]% Increased crit chance for projectile and beam weapons: [+14.5]% Targeting Computer Mk VII Weight: 7 tons. Slots: 7 slots. Zoom distance: [+7.5]% Sensor range: [+7.5]% Time to gather target info: [-75]% Projectile weapon projectile speed: [+15.0]% Beam weapon long ranges: [+15.0]% Beam weapon max ranges: [+15.0]% Increased crit chance for projectile and beam weapons: [+25]% Looks unexpectedly deadly but 7 crit spaces.... the smallest looks like a slam dunk item that people will emo rage over non stop (see ECM). Command Console Weight: 3 tons. Slots: 1 slot. Zoom distance: [+5.25]% Sensor range: [+6.0]% Time to gather target info: [-20.5]% Not so good....
Just for reference even the Masakari Prime TC is just the 5 ton version as its based on the amount of direct fire weaponry tonnage (4 C ER PPC).
Targeting Computer Mk I is a must if you can get it. I don't care if people bitch, if it's in the game I will use it. Mk IV seem ok if you need a better one, the rest have a huge deminishing return.
Ta Epikt I obviously had a blonde moment. The TC rather make up for the pre nerfed clan weapons at least.
I would have preferred the TC's to exclude PPCs since they are not strictly direct fire. To be honest though, I mostly want them excluded because the PPC is a primary poptart arsenal and does not need any more perks.
Maybe but TC's have alway's effected PPC's: ergo the Masakari Prime with quad ER PPC and a 5 ton Targeting comp.
And rememer clan PPC does 10 only on target part. Oh the 4 ton TC seems to be a better value as we can change them as we like.
Command Console... not so great... unless the bonus applies to the lance he's in, if not the entire team.
Command Console is good actually... ...assuming some tasty modules are brought to the table. CC looks more balanced than TC... ...simply because crit procs in an FPS are absolutely cringe-inducing, but I can swallow that if there just has to be more randomness in the game.
