Not sure that the weapons selected quite compliment eachother. As is, you've got a below average sniper, and an average brawler. By picking one or the other, and trying to keep your engagements in that role's specialty, you could get a bit more effectiveness out of your mech. Swap the SRMs for LLas and you've got a marksman who'd make most mechs take cover, or swap the PPCs for LLas+MLas and you've got a brawler with great alpha and sustain.
