ER Larges for the range play, everything else for up close and personal. I run this with five fire groups - Left Medium Lasers, Right Medium Lasers, ER Large Lasers, SRM6 Alpha, and SRM6 Chain-Fire to dodge the ghost heat issues. I find that I do alright as long as I don't get separated from the rest of the team too badly, which I still have a penchant for doing. It does tend to get a bit hot, but I do like watching a swarm of 24 SRMs flying at my opponent. And my game tonight where I didn't get separated from my team and thus pounded by 8-12 'Mechs, I'm sure the damage isn't as much as some people would do, but between damage and kills it's pretty darn good if you ask me:
