    Testing adding missiles to otherwise functional builds. 4xLRM10 have no ghost heat, minimal slot usage, and low tonnage. Looking for good burst damage. Mixed weapons builds suffer from heavy LRM skill point taxing with the ability to have sustained fire from either ballistics or missiles separately.

    Nice alpha. The 4xAC10s and 2xPPCs feel good for coming around a corner and hitting something point blank. Heat is manageable. (I tried a third PC and an XL280 and it was very unforgiving.) I chose a heatsink and ammo over an active probe. I would consider dumb firing in short range to mid-range fights against slower mechs if heat allows. Essentially using the LRM40 as MRMs. Against lights and fast movers, try to keep a lock so you can fire off the missiles as they break LOS. Consider the map obstructions to save heat and ammo.

  2. Preformed better then I expected. It feels like map choice, game mode, team play, and luck need to be in your favor for LRMs to work. Ran out of LRM ammo as I was lobbing missiles while stuck following the team. Was able to brawl in the second half of the match.
