I was not involved in killing the Locust outside of grazing him just before he died for the XP. The rest of the kills were all sneaking up behind people and coring the rear CT, with no assistance from the team (other than keeping them looking away from me.)

The only Elite skill I had at the time was Speed Tweak. So no doubled basics. :/

I faced Durandal today... I in my Super Chicken, he in his DireDouche... I couldn't get close enough to him to do anything. That mech isn't fast enough for him to string out from the rest of his slow moving team... I think I managed to get one hit on a RT from almost extreme range.

Then the rest of his team stomped me when my team evaporated in a puff of smoke. It was horrible. Terribad even.

I wish there was a checkin Here to let people know we were on the mechspecs TS. I'm sure most of us hop on, see no one is on then go back to regular coms. 30 seconds later someone else does same.

I don't know if either of your chickens can stand up to the Locust Swarm.

Edit: Michael Ive been calling 2 ERL Ravens DoucheChickens in honor of you and them always being last ones alive dragging matches on... Unless I am in the dreaded Locust.

 

Fun fact, Michael was piloting a DoucheChicken earlier when i ran into him ;p I got his back in a DWF, but killed a GAR first instead

 

Actually I believe the Kitfox is what got me. You weren't even close... about 9.6 miles down range moving at 48kph

 

The KFX got you...but I was right behind you at one point Had a choice between you and the gargoyle next to you, and chose the assault Did gauss snipe your ST to red, but then couldn't finish you off hehe

 

Yeah I knew you were back there somewhere as I was trying to egress from the area but the Kitfox was just as fast and kept pummeling me from behind. Once you are the last guy on the field it doesn't really matter what evasive maneuvers you pull because no matter where you run there is a bad guy there. I was hoping to get out to range and snipe out that Kitfox but he was just too fast and I knew there was a Firestarter out there somewhere too. Those FSA are the only thing you REALLY need to watch out for these days in the Raven.

 

Well, that and streakcrows, if they sneak up on you ><

Had a team that didn't understand the rule: stop on Caustic and die. My DWF was faster than them around the back, and thus didn't get slaughtered by having worse cover on the left side. Naturally, one of the idiots was bitching the entire time...actually, think I had one whining idiot every match tonight, win or loss.
