I'm having a bit of fun with these Shadowhawks. I've only had a few runs with this guy and it's been workmanlike, mainly due to piloting errors. But still a ton of fun. I'm pretty sure the 5M is my favorite so far, but I haven't delved into the 4xLRM packing 2D2 yet.

What a Blast of a Build!

 

Yes. That extra ton of ammo comes in real handy late in the game.

 

Don't know which chicken gave your build low rating without comment. I gave full stars.

 

Probably perused my Battlemaster builds.

 

I basically combined this with Blagg's Skirmisher build and its amazing. The only real difference from your build is the use of a regular AC5 to make room for a pair of MGs and an engine upgrade.

Anyway, this is awesome.

 

I can totally see that. Recently I've really got back into using a 2 or 3 mg set and that is an excellent counter for those jamming UAC's in close range situations.
