    I was checking ShadowHawk specs with a full LRM potential and came to THIS. I tried to adapt it, basically reasembling the LRM tubes to make them more efficient/weight (LRM-5s are better in that, 5 tubes=2tons), moving to the STD275 that comes stock with the mech, cause this is my planned grinding build, and adding an AMS and a MG for close defense or critical party :p

    It ended so different from the original spec that decided that it needed a new name :cool:

    I think that 36 salvos should have helped ur team enough for make even the MG count, but if u feel like, drop AMS, MG, and their ammo, and u get 3 more tons for LRMs, increasing the amount from 900 to 1440, 58 salvos, but making u vulnerable to any attack and effectively taking u completely out of the main fighting line, so if u end in a 1vs1, u are probably as good as dead.

    Impressive that you can fit a decently fast STD engine with reasonable ammo. I like the second build a lot. 1 MG is pretty worthless, and more LRMs is more necessary than AMS. 58 salvos sounds like much, but you have to take into account that they're also used for suppression and not everything will hit.

    I think u are right. Following ur advice, dropped the MG, the JJ and stripped off part of the armor to make this other:

    I havent dropped the AMS cause it really helps u to stay alive a little longer, taking a minimum of 4 dmg points from each volley aimed at u, and effectively erasing 1 streak missile for each 100m u are apart from the enemy firing them at u, so i think is a need ;)

    Fair enough, I'd equip at least 1 JJ for getting around the map though ;)

    Thinking properly in all, took other approach putting again the JJ and adding ArtemisIV, whr the 5 tubes is the most expensive in weight/slots/tubes ratio of them and the 20 the cheapest in that, but the Mech only have 10 tubes in those slots so no choice. Reworking around the LRM10 and dropping a little ammo it looks like:

    Im quite satisfied with this one, but still 20 tubes.... is a pity that with Artemis u automatically lost the slots in Center Torso and Head, or have to use them for SSRM :(

    Well, don't equip artemis then :p
    CT can still have an LRM5+A.

    Seriously though, just run the second build in the OP. It's almost perfect except for lacking BAP (which I'd get over AMS anyway if I don't have artemis). For the rest it's speedy, with an STD engine as a missile boat with decent ammo, which is pretty rare. Equipping BAP brings the speed down quite a bit though :(
