Make sure head is a different omni that isn't prime so that you don't get armor reduction.

1 - SRM Alpha
2 - Cycle MLas
3 - Cycle SRM

This build should be very good for taking out all XL engine mechs and causing havoc among your enemy.

I proposed the same build in a follow-up to an original build and I gotta say this weapons combo is devastating. Both versions are valid though I do prefer mine, matter of preference.

remove 1 DHS, add 1 more laser to your head, even more devastation

 

I run Thiak's build as my second favorite SCR build. excellent face smashing.
