SCR-D "Corbeau de Guerre" (4 x cSRM6+A, 2 x cMPLas)

I was never one for streaks, so I opted to use the success of the IS Trebuchet Loup de Guerre into a clan format on the Stormcrow D variant. Didn't find an exact build or a very similar or I would've expanded on that particular thread. Not sure it's been a good idea to take IS builds that I use and try and translate them into Clan builds. It is fun none-the-less.

 

A little bit hot. Ive met many of these Kind of builds on the battlefield just to find out how often they overheat and be sitting ducks facing the enemy. I would drop down to SRM4s and get some more Cooling. It has a less powerful F2F-Punch but you can stay longer in the Action.

 

I see your point. Well, how did the opponent play it? I don't rely on alpha striking my SRMs, but chain fire during a brawl. Maybe that's the difference? I think the only time I really ever alpha strike is when a mech has an open torso.
