SCR-D "Blue Rain" (2x cLRM20, 1x cLRM15, 4x cERML)

Used this baby during the last public test and had a BLAST! Built on a "D" chassis however, this build can be utilized across all current Stormcrow variants. Only needs the "Prime" arms (both) and the "D" side torsos (both). Loads of fun.
