RVN-3L Zombie Raven (2x MLas, 2x SSRM2, TAG, ECM, STD245)

    Since I started a few weeks ago I've been driving the Raven-3L and got it mastered a few days ago. I've been I've been running a standard engine build (as I can't afford the XL engine) and was pretty amazed at how much it lost torsos and kept on running around and still being effective, either as an ECM with a streak or as a medium laser with a streak. Now I know that everyone will say that an XL build is better, and they are probably right, but I felt that the survivability of the mech was worth the cost of the max speed. People tent to pause when I dont die when losing a torso as well which lets me get the hell out. :) But, since I just got myself the sensor range increasing module I feel I no longer need the BAP, so I decided to have another look at it as a scout and ecm mech

    This is the result. Clocks in at 125 kph with speed tweak which is only 25 slower than the max which is more than acceptable, and has nearly full armour. Very fast and tough. I've gotten a good amount of over 300 damage games with the 114 kph version of this which had lesser armour so I cant wait to try this in game.



    The popular 2 large lasers version is a harder to do with a standard engine and maintaining decent armour protection. It can still move at 100 kph so it will work as a light harasser. You probably would need an XL with this one to get the most potential out of it, but you can still have success with a slower mech doing this. Lose the arm and you are just a mobile ECM generator though. The only way to get more speed out of this without an XL is to drop the armour even further.
