Great example of how a proper UI should work for a customization screen from a F2P game called "Loadout" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xIGvCXjqtg
Watched this WTF is earlier today. Immediately installed the game. Played ~10 Co-op Vs. Bots games and had a lot of fun. Stopped playing so I could make a beer run to ensure LOLs later this evening. Not sure how grouping works in Loadout but I'm down for some if anyone here wants to play with me.
Grouped with 2 friends just a bit ago and we had a lot of fun. Played some Human vs. Human and it's not as difficult as I was expecting. I don't know if the game is just saturated with noobs because of TB's video or what but I'm doing pretty well. If you're looking for a casual shot of adrenaline I highly recommend this game.
Exactly that what MB said. I'm having a lot of fun in this game and it seems mostly balanced as the more exotic stuff like a 6-barreled rocket launcher trades damage for the faster firerate/clipsize.
It's mostly saturated with Noobs because it was released just a week or two ago. It's a ton of fun. You can group up with people you have as Friends, in-game, I think. If you wanna list your Loadout username I'd be happy to group with you when we're on together. It's a ton of fun- I actually bought into the early-access Beta and was not disappointed. I'm currently rocking a healing shotgun pulse weapon, and I'm working on a Hex-barrel Volley Fire (load shots into the barrel to release all at once) Spiral path Prox det- I may add on the laser sight and Tesla rounds. Also wanna make a Lobbed Prox Volley Hex Tesla Rebounding Flak Launcher for maximum chaos. And I always enjoy Scuttling Video-guided rockets too. Will probably end up making a Gattling Fire gun and a Tesla Ray, just for the Lightnings.
Gattling Fire Gun has been what I've been rocking all day. It is an excellent suppression weapon. I don't always win 1v1 but I almost always get the kill after I die and the revenge kill bonus points are nice. lol
