Fellow Mechwarriors, For some reason our domain was added to many blacklists on major mail servers around the world. So, when people have been trying to reset their passwords they aren't getting the emails because they are bouncing back. Well, guess what? We are in the process of using a registered SMTP mail server that manages all the whitelist and blacklist bullshit that goes on in the world. This will allow us to send 10,000 emails a month until our little black hearts are content and viola, nobody from hotmail, yahoo, rr, verizon etc. should have any more issues. Whether it was an honest mistake on the part of triggering some flag or a cheese eating disgruntled individual living in their mothers basement it will no longer matter cause this shit is handled.
