    Addition to original list - One I have had for ages. A fix to the invisible walls due to object scaling,... I would like to start being able to hit that light peeking from a ridge instead of my beam being stopped mid-air because the engine thinks it's a mountain,..

    Do we count the ability to vote on maps as part of UI 2.5 or Maps 2.0? Because fuck Terra Therma for the fifth time in the last eight drops...

    Ideally, I would like to see (in order of importance)
    1. The out of combat UI overhauled (UI 1.0 was way better in my opinion). Smufy's mechlab in particular is a bajillion times better than the in-game mechlab.
    2. A single player story mode that teaches new players all the ins and outs of the game. It was not very obvious how to do everything for me, and I have played previous mechwarrior games.
    3. Expanded Community Warfare. I'm talking many more maps, with different missions besides defend/destroy orbital cannons (hold a spaceport for X minutes, etc), and most importantly better rewards and incentives than just CBills for faction rewards. There should be faction-specific modules/warhorns/weapons+equipment not normally available/etc. For example, IS forces could get access to clan weapons and vice-versa.
    4. Expanded weapons available. Specifically I would like to see MRMs, light gauss rifles, and filling out the missing ultra/lbx/ER IS technology. These weapons could also be part of faction rewards for the first year or so to represent the IS slowly catching up in tech.
    5. Add quad mechs. I would love to run around in a scorpion, or a goliath with MRMs and PPCs :-D

    First off a better UI would help new and veteran players alike.

    Second a more detailed tutorial that uses single player missions to teach important things like mech balance and upgrades. Something to grab a new players interest and increase skill. I have a feeling most new players quit before they really get the hang of it.

    Maybe getting the community involved by adding the map building contests, mission building for CW and single player mode and UI tweaking.
    I am sure Cry Engine has a sweet map tools that some experienced players can work their magic on. I. E. World of Warcraft UI improvements were mostly ideas that some one made as an add on and was later incorporated into to the basic UI build.
