Finally got to 7 in a match...I damn near had 8, but someone alpha'd while I was focusing one of them, and just barely stole the kill out from under me So close...

7 Kills in my brandnew CTF-1X (still not elited) during the recent WE Challenge:

ok, most times i got lurmed down.. but if they don't notice me... BOOOM!!!

 

The funny thing is, I had that game during a horrible losing streak. When I saw my team spread out like a cheap prostitute on Solaris VII, I just wanted to go out of bounds. I was just so frustrated. But then, me and that SMN kept rolling until we won. There was a Jenner with us, that managed to kill himself by turrets because he went all suicidal and rushed their base to get a DC. Luckily just in the moment he was killed by the turrets he also killed that DC, so GG.

Did one more "Ace of Spades" game during the tourney, but forgot to make a screeny because I was all excited to see my result.

But kills are pretty random and such numbers are often a result of a huge skill (EDIT: and/or equipment)-differential within the participants.

I just looked through my screenies and before the *cough* "Clan Invasion" *cough* I had a couple of 6-kill games and one 7 kill game (in a Wolverine LURM boat). Clams OP!

 

I LOL'd at Banon, the disconnect, who did zero damage, but got 1 assist

 

I've just bought my 4th Trebuchet today during the 35% Sales Offer, because you get the 4+ Mill. costing XL250 and a jumpy Mech with some viable Hardpoints and good Stuffs for only under 5 Mill. Ok, get it Blagg! The Trenchbucket needs some Love!

First thought how to build - classic LRM Boat, but hell that's boring. Ok, the other idea - nasty SRM Striker! So i build this here:


Yeah, no Artemis. Ow damn, the Spread!? Well, that means i have to get closer - very close! something around 100-200m, but that's ok! I'm often the Kamikaze Guy, when loaded SRMs.

Now to the Match i had - fucking incredible. We were about to lose in the first half. You know why? One is disco, another dude - a Highlander - went solo through Cave, when all the other guys headed to Theta. OMG! Definitely a Loss i thought. I said to him via chat "You go solo through Cave? You Nuts??" His reply "Yeah i am crazy ". "Gosh, i am surrounded by more Kamikaze Types like me" i thought. PGI definitely needs to add in some Suicide Bombs for us to load into our Mechs, something like a big fat nasty Detonation to take at least one guy with you to Hell.

Well, that poor Highlander. I can't leave him die alone! And so i thought, screw this game, i have some speed so i went north along the Caveside, while none of the enemies detected me - they all rushed to theta as well. I just sighted some Missile Boats at Kappa. Ok, the next few minutes the Highlander got out of the Tunnel and i thought i wanted to cap Sigma. But no! He headed straight to Kappa to... Kamikaze??! WTF! I told him "Let's cap Sigma first, before you do your Suicide, dude!" Ok, fortunatley he listened and we decapped Sigma. In the meantime our Team at Theta got raped - and i saw a lot of LRMs flying from Kappa.

And then.. i thought - Kamikaze yeah? OK MR.Highlander, you gave me the Inspiration! I rushed to Kappa just to find three Missile Boats - A Kintaro C, a Jagermech A and a Hunchback J, all firing happily from safe distance. Safe distance yeah? Not with Blagg! I sneaked in from behind silently, positioned myself right at the back of the Kintaro. And then! SPLASH*PEW! SPLASH*PEW! Down the first guy. Next JagerMech - positioned. Aaand SPLASH*PEW! SPLASH*PEW! Down the second guy. The Hunchback Pilot was the only one who noticed me. He was so shocked! That he literally fell down from the cliff. "Lucky Bastard you!" i thought, while i read a message from one of our teammates "The Atlas!" I quickly switched through the Targets and found that guy - heading toward to my Position. Yummy! I took a run and jumped straight toward him, shooting his CT midair - BOOM! Dead he was. The next few minutes was pretty fast, my team died down to three guys including me, a Kittyfox and Mr.Highlander and i don't remember in which order i took down the remaining Enemy Mechs. But i can remember i splashed the Banshee and the Orion and hmm.. the Stormcrow? Maybe it was the YLW. But they got crushed pretty fast by me. Ok, they were partially orange-reddish Armor, so not a big deal. hear:

The last guy was the almost unharmed Hunchback J - from earlier - at Theta trying to cap, but getting attacked by our Kittyfox, which was in a bad shape too. So i jumped down to him and had a quick and clean Kill with three SPLASH*PEWs right into his Face. End of the Match and 7 Kills (never did this much before with this Cassis)! OMFG! In my first Game with the Trenchbucket 7M, not a single Basic Skill unlocked. You gotta be kidding me! hear:

Should i load ArtemisIV for a tighter Spread next time? Dude, i need the three tons of Extra Ammo!!!

Very nice. TBT's have a strange place in my heart tbh as they are so reviled but I always did ok in them.
