Will be interesting to see how many people try to run a post-nerf Timberwolf in this tourney. Seems like the only viable 1v1 build would be 2xgauss now.
I've been meticulously looking at the pure numbers effect of these duration/cooldown nerfs. I foresee many SRM+SPL builds simply going for the brawl as it is not dramatically effected. Small Pulse Lasers will be a much better choice, but even still, the vomit builds don't seem horrible for DPS and such. It all depends on it the duration increase makes it too difficult to effectively put damage on specific components. You are probably correct in assuming there will be a lot of Gauss mechs. Probably Gauss+ERML, but that was to be expected already.
