A slow brawler set up with a descent Alpha, okay DPS and heat seems pretty manageable. When your just left to a CT with legs you still have the head laser to tickle your enemy with.
I kind of like this build. Decent heat, good weapon balance, good placement of stuff. The only issue is that it's SLOW. Still pretty solid though if you're used to driving a slow assault.
