Named in honour of that famous US Divebomber, I like to use this guy in a similar fashion. cERPCC give you hard hitting pinpoint damage at range. Use your mobility afforded by JJ's to rapidly close and strafe damaged mechs with your cMG's and cERSL. 1xcAMS to provide light anti missile support. Pick your targets; know when to hold back and know when to make your move.
My version of this mech, kinda. I dropped the AMS for more JJ and SPL for more damage and being able to move away from targets due to shorter beam length. Edit: forgot this variant I run as well when I want more JJ power for feathering my jumps
I run a very similar build with a large and two medium pulses. A PPC with smaller lasers sounds like a good plan.
This build is surprisingly good. I usually advice against mounting only 2xMG but in this case they work nicely with the 2x cERSL. For the same tonnage we could mount 2x cERML but that would be hotter and prevent you from using the cERPPC as often. Here's my variant:
Most/all of these builds do not work any longer. They are outdated and invalid. Anyone have currently valid Kit Fox S designs?
