KFX-P "Uller Configuration A" (1x cGAUSS, 2x cERML)

I see that I am having to change the names and text of my posts on the Alternate Configurations I have posted. these changes are to help people under stand that the KFX-A is really not my design but in fact it is a STOCK build from this book http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Technical_Readout:_3050

 

I gave it 2 3 stars for the surprise factor. But all in all it lacks ammo for durability, and also the extras which make the Kit Fox so jack-of-all-trades. No JJ, no AMS, no ECM, and depending on one weapon with insufficient ammo, sorry no, that can only be a fun build.

Definitely needs all the ammo it can get, and definitely needs a jump jet.



And Aza, don't underestimate this thing. 375 pinpoint damage is enough to kill a few mechs. Plus, ER SLas does 5 damage each, only 2 damage off from ER MLas.



This was my first game with the mech. Unfortunately I was preemptively legged and was only able to use 15 of my 25 ammo... Oh well.

 

I have tried this build. it dose not work as well as the original 3050 TRO says. It does work well in TT game. The 15 point damage of the gauss will kill, or cripple a light in one shot and keep most mediums at bay. but in a n online game with real time movement a locust can really make for a bad day. I only posted this Configuration because its one used in lore.

This straight out of my 3050 TRO where a Locust has only 7 points of armor in its CT and 6 points of internals so a gauss will core him in one shot
