This build is hot, I wouldn't try it before eliting the chassis, and even then you'll need to manage the heat. But it hits *hard*, and the cLPL gives it good range to harass but you'll still have to get within 400m to use your full potential. Stay at around 400m and as usual take advantage of your ECM to avoid drawing attention. Ultimately though I still like my 3x cMPL build better as it's cooler and the weapon cooldowns are always in-sync which makes focusing the damage easier. Not to mention the benefits of the TC. But I've had good results with this as well.
