I'm using this build in PUGs. Sticking to bigger buddys, giving them ECM, waiting for something to get it's armor stripped - then I go and loose hell. I was using a build with 3x SRM6, but then I cannot deliver ECM. With the ECM arm, I used the free tonnage for upgrading to streak SRMs.
Interesting build that I'll have to try. I'd personally use a cERLML over the small pulse, and depending how fast I go through the SSRM ammo I might drop the half ton of MG ammo and add more SSRM ammo.
