I haven't been using the Firebrand much and the UAC5 change has made it less of a killer, but this surprised the hell out of me. I didn't realize how many kills I was racking up til the "Ace of Spades" achievement popped up in-game... (Charlie Lance) The build is very basic, but has more than enough ammo & has great heat control (2x MLas on main mouse button, 6x on another for alpha).
Good old chainsaw, but it's probably better to take out the MLasers and add 2 tons of ammo, I couldn't shot at last 3 mechs with uacs because out of ammo.
Easily my highest ever score and sadly my first ever 1,000+ (1,135 of a possible 1,350). Ran out of ammo but died under 3 seconds after anyway at that point we were 6-5 up with my five kills. Enemy team pulled it way back nicely.... then collapsed fast due to so much damage accumulating over time. Tragically out of 7 KMDD, 3 were assaults so didn't count for this weekends competition. PS: Someone tell me how that urbanmech on my side got 5 assists for 10 damage or the TDR-9SE which managed 6 assists for 97 damage???
