Hi everybody! I was happy sniping with my 2xERPPC + 1xGauss build but I was killed often by light mechs. With a good team support light mechs are suposed not to kill you but if you are acting as lone-wolf is hard to get assistance. My solution is to change the GAUSS for a Shotgun and some heat sinks, this variant allows you to be a quite good ERPPC sniper and scare this annoying light mechs with your shotgun. Additionally in the final stages of a match the shotgun is very useful to finish damaged mechs. I use a XL300 engine because I have one in my stock and with smaller engines heat dissipation is worst as there are no free slots to put more heatskins. Also you can remove the AMS to put an extra heatsink I'd like to remark that this is a lone-wolf build. With good teamwork is better to snipe with 2xERPPCs + 1xGauss.
