I have done multiple searches and have yet to find the answer to this specific question I have . I know that when you go to master a particular chassis you must completely on lock all of the basic skills for each of the 3 chassis. The question is once I have completely unlocked the basic skills for a chassis can I sell it or do I need to possess all 3 chassis to unlock the elite level ? Example: unlock all basic skills on a Cata-K2 could i then sell it and buy the C1, unlock , sell then buy an A1 and still unlock the elite level ? Any help would be great
i had that very same question for awhile. The answer is No, you dont have to keep the mech. Once you learn his stuff you can be done with him, sell him, and you still keep all the work and exp you got for him. Just make sure you actually want to sell him. and on a side note, pull the engine and all useful stuff out of him before you sell him
ok in a new weight class, one you've never worked on any mechs before or whatever, lets say you buy 3x jenners and you never did that weight class before. well, you need to get all 3x to basic, and then all 3 to elite, and then if you feel like it, you can sell off variants you dont like and keep the one and get it to master now lets say you come back a month later and want to do commandos, well you will now only need 3 commandos at 8/8 BASIC in order to get the one you want to master, you could sell off the other 2 you don't like after you basic all 3 cuz the jenner elites carry over to any other mech in that weight class. make sense?
