Maybe he was playing and commenting at the same time, which would explain both the gameplay (singled out lurmpult brawling a kodiak' and 'conciseness' ;D
It's been a long time, and he's informing you of his bias before introducing the new info. He is a bit rambly, but he does get the point across.
TL;DR on November 13th, PG filed a motion for summary judgement for lack of standing. the first reason given are that Harmony Gold are not the owner or exclusive licencee of the copyrights they seek to enforce. PG also site a 2003 judgement that HG has no right to any "derivative works" to the characters they claim. Second, HG does not own the copyrights in question, Big West owns the copyrights HG wants to enforce. Third, HG is not licencing the copyrighted works from Big West. Fourth, the issue of what HG has and does not have has already been settled in August of 2017, and concluded with the fact that HG does not have a license to the copyrights it seeks to enforce. That means PG wants the judge to dismiss the case based on this information. It may not affect HBS directly based on this information. However, HBS has a high chance of using the judgment against PGvsHG in their suit against HG to prove themselves able to use the works they wish to use the the Battletech game. HYPER_TL;DR PG wants the case dismissed because of all the reasons that most of us know about. HBS is waiting to see how this case concludes to settle with HG.
It's amusing HG even tried. I was irritated the first time I saw the Marauder in MWO, but I can understand why it's the way it is, now.
