SOLVED Google Adsense breaking mobile phone width

It was reported that the Google Adsense code was breaking the width on mobile devices.

I recently tried a responsive adsense code which worked great... 50% of the time. It would only serve ads on about 50% of the page loads. Because this site runs on donations/membership upgrades and adsense earnings I had to implement the old code back because at least that was working 100% of the time.

Today I had enough time to sit down and work with Googles Responsive Adsense code and tailor it and fix it a little bit to work with our site. From now on ads should be served based on the width of the display device and will scale accordingly.

If you experience issues please let us know here and perhaps it is something we can look in to but I have tested it with my Nexus 5 as well as my 1920 x 1080 monitor and all appears to be working fine.
