Hello fx8320,

Everyone will be able to buy the modules with your own currency for any Mech, Collection buyers will simply have them unlocked by default, saving them GXP and C-Bills.
And as far as I'm aware, Radar Dep. should negate Target Decay.

Yep then I edited the post without the quote because I don't know if it was possibile to report GM conversation but yeah, anyone will have it.

After some more testing I'm finding radar deprivation module to be needed on about any IS mech, I was against it and I think it still has poor design, but with all that firepower on the field one can simply no afford to be targeted by LRMs too.
