EBJ-Prime "Can Opener" (1x cERPPC, 2x cSSRM6, 4x cSPL, CAP, TC1)

After playing around with and having pretty good success with a wide variety of Jaguars (2x LPL, 4x MPL was my best for a long time), this one has proven to be a lot of fun. I'm now using it on my Invasion variant as a money maker The pure energy builds often caused massive damage, but the enemies were able to escape while I cooled off. The Streaks seem to make it harder for the enemies to escape, so I'm doing a little extra damage and getting a lot more kills (rather than assists with most damage dealt).

The recipe is simple -- strip off torso armor with energy weapons and jam streaks down their throat to finish them off. Streaks seem to be filling the role my laser boats needed, which was a finisher weapon without adding too much more heat. This build also scares off/outright kills Cheetahs/Firestarters rather nicely, which was something my older builds often struggled with.

I've also run much hotter variants with 4xMPL and LPL/PPC, or even plain old 5xMPL. Really any of them can work, but SPLs allow you to load up on DHS, and retaining the PPC helps you contribute more on longer range maps.
