First match trying this out, 7 kills. Strip the armor with LLas and SRMs then blap with LBX. Even if they have some armor left over its no problem in close. You can fire 1 to 2 alphas before cooling. 1 shot an Ilya in the CT with an alpha strike and immediately got called a hacker...what better praise for a build can you get than that. Lights? One and done.

Thought of that but two problems with artemis, First: once on always on limiting my slots later and secondly I have had no issues without using the artemis and its expense is unnecessary with this build. Remember its to help strip the armor not core the enemy. Could the Artemis help? Of course it could but to me it wasn't worth it for 2 missile bays and the loss of the TC5.

dwf is not designed as a closerange brawler, the CT is too big and thats why you actually need as much range as possible

you have artemis and still run TC3 which is not much of a downgrade

and the cost for activating deactivating artemis is low, that should really not be the problem of optimizing a mech

Well, have to agree to disagree on this one. It brawls quite well as long as you twist and as far as the art goes doin just fine without it.
