SOLVED Disable the daily thread ratings quota for now.

Disable the daily thread ratings quota for now.
"You have reached the daily maximum quota of 10 thread ratings set by admin."

It is actually a GREAT feature, and stop people from random voting without a good look.
HOWEVER, it poses a problem when we are re-rating the good builds.
Lots of them we KNOW how they perform cause we have been using them god knows how many times.

I think we can relax that for now (at least for the old folks), and put it up later.
