Why did I blow 100 million on extra sets of modules for no particular reason? Oh yeah, cuz UI sucks and tournies were sadistic. Wish I had that back. Not to mention the 100 mil or so I've blown on troll mechs. Fuck. I'm soaking all this in now I'll marinate on it for a grip and give thoughts.

I only have one full set and one partial set right now. I've been making too many random C-Bill purchases to build up the cash for more than that, but I've resolved to complete the second set and buy a third full set before the Project Phoenix 'Mechs hit. We'll see if I can do it.
I wouldn't worry about it. When CW comes out in 2015 we'll all have enough c-bills to start any mech corps we'd want.

Community Warfare? So far it looks like a colored bargraph in Excel that will track my 12v12 deathmatch wins... They will have to come up with a lot more than that to get me excited. There needs to be a ridiculous amount of rewards, tiered items that upgrade/change, DIFFERENT incentives from each of the factions that do NOT INCREASE the price of anything out there right now and more if they want this thing to be a success. Just tossing out an interface that allows one to pick a planet to fight on, then do 3 deathmatches on the same map in a row and get some numbers on a bar chart is not going to work. Sorry for being such a downer, but I am just rising to bar PGI has set.

That is only needed to found the unit -- and not all of the founders need to have them (the rich ones could have multiples to cover the rest). To join an established unit only requires an invitation.
