Your build has a blistering alpha damage. However, the Large Laser heat tax, low speed, subpar armor and brittle right torso, I don't think that this build is viable. Moving the Gauss to the right arm will make it less likely to destroy your engine when it goes pop, but more likely to be destroyed. I'd also move the Gauss ammo (which is non-explosive) to the CT and the JJ to one of the side torsos. It's best to leave the legs empty in a build like this. I'd count on losing one other the other. Or, more to the point, I'd try to soak hits with the legs on this 'mech.
this is how I would run this. you need more frontal armor, due to the explosive gauss, and the sniper role you will want to play. while it is much less cooler, it is a fair bit faster.
I don't think 2 tons of gauss is worth even running this build. I prefer 3 tons with a single gauss, and 5-6 tons with 2 gauss. That is why I went with the xl275, for the extra DHS and to keep that ammo value.
Vergere's design has better armor and speed without hurting cooling too much. I still feel like it needs to carry more ammo, but I can't justify removing the 11th heatsink. One problem with your build, Vergere, the 3D's stock engine--the XL280--weighs the same as the XL275, and your build should reflect that.
When you are out of ammo you have 4 large laser. For a Dual gauss or dual AC 20 you need a lot of ammo but for this build 2 ton its good.
