I'd place both LLs in the torso and the MLs in the arms, in order to avoid convergence issues if you don't arm lock, but also (more important) be able to use the left arm as a shield without sacrificing too much fire power if destroyed. As for loading another ton of ammo, I'd rather not drop a DHS, it's already way too hot. If it wasn't for the lack of slots, I'd even add another DHS. In fact, I'm thinking of dropping the MLs to free some room:
