So I chose to rebuild my K2 after the Catapult profile changes, and decided to give this one a shot. Went with XL300 because that's what I had available, 2 LBX10, 4 ML, 80 rounds of ammo, AMS, 12 DHS, LBX10 cooldown mod rank 5, medium laser range mod rank 5. I wasn't necessarily expecting all that much, because all my K2 builds have only been moderate performers in the past.

My first mission with it:



...Broke 1000 damage. I don't know how much luck played into that, terrain, the other team going after tastier targets than me, the new minimap being screwed up and hard to find targets on, the Catapult now being a much smaller target, what-have-you, but still, fluke or not, breaking 1000 damage in my first run with the build was pretty cool.

 

LB10x produces very low heat, allowing to use the also low heat medium lasers at will. Like it a lot.
