I didnt put in a fourth Laser to keep the Cool Efficiency above 40%. Usually you should keep your Enemies at Long-Mid Range so you only use the Lasers as Defense/Backup. Blagg
I have a friend who runs this build. It can be devastating, but I think he has 1 more ML. Otherwise, a perfect build. 5-5
