The closest I could get to a Sha Yu build. Although a 3M can mount ECM, it doesn't have enough Energy hard-points to mount a TAG module along with the four lasers. Possibly quite a good build, if used properly.
I would run this build. You Have all the upgrades, plenty of armor, AMS, BAP, and your still good to alpha with your ERLL and ML. 5-5
For the Weapon setup full stars! Terrifying Firepower. But the slow Speed makes this Cicada be killed very fast by any fast Lights-Hunter packed with some Streaks and Lasers. So 3 of 5 stars. This Buddy must run faster than Lightspeed! Blagg
