Using the Gauss + 2 PPC this mech is nearly heat stable when engaging targets at long range. Use the 4 MLas, Gauss and Streaks for close in work making it again very heat efficient. Ample firepower in either mode gives you plenty of options.
That single Streak seems like a waste, but I'm not certain what I'd do with the other 2.5 tons... Also, consider moving your AMS ammo to your leg, and swap it with the Gauss ammo in your leg. AMS ammo can still explode, which might lead to an early death.
