Not competitive, but it's always funny running around with 4 PPCs in the same component. I know the BNC-3M exists for energyboating, but you won't get a faster standard engine than this with remotely decent cooling so it's not really necessary. the Left arm is left empty on purpose so you can use that side more effectively as shield without losing much, yet you can swap a ML for a heatsink in the left arm. Since it'll only function as long as you keep that left arm in play I figured having more zombiepower is more fun. Anyway, Big blue cannons in RT. Yay. Ultimate cooling: If you're really worried about overheating in a 4x PPC boat you should probably set your priorities straight, but here you go. The speed reduction hurts a lot and you can't use your left as a shield anymore sadly because you will lose a LOT of effectiveness. You get more armor but more speed is a better defense.
