An energy build designed to provide a little bit of everything, while still maintaining a relatively good heat efficiency. You could obviously swap the SPLasers out for standard MLasers, but that would increase your overall heat output; the SPLasers provide nearly the same DPS as MLasers, but with less heat. Still, this thing is gonna run hot, so you'll want to be extra careful with those trigger-fingers.
