BLR-1G "Heromaster" (2x AC5, 6x MLas, AMS, STD325)

My first assault was the Battlemaster. This is my Battlemaster. I love her and she nets me an extra 30% C-Bills. I call her my "Hero-master".



Seriously though, 2x AC5 is a proven all'round useful set up. 6x Medium Lasers gives a solid punch if they get too close - also handy for dealing with pesky lights. The STD325 does make for a spry assault class mech; and being a STD survivability goes way up compared to a XL. AMS of course because she's big 'n slow enough to draw unwanted LRM attention.

 

In a word: this.

Edit: I run mine with a little less armor, no AMS and 2 more DHS.
