Blackjack Hero "The Arrow" Feedback

Not what I expected.

I already thought BJ's were glassmechs and this is a brawler build. It still has that low armor but JJ's, wonder if that 93,1 kph (speedtweak) speed really is going to keep it safe. IMHO, no.

It will be effective in a light/medium brawler pack though. Probably not solo.

 

It's the smaller Brother of the JM6-DD (2x LPLas, 6x MG). If you don't like it you still can go for the very punchy BFG Build. Imo it's a good Hero, not the best from our Wet dreams, but a good one. Might also try a build with 3x MLas, one LBX and Penta MGs for the Critkillsteal.

 

The only thing I don't like is that the camo is already purple, so I won't have to change it.

 

It's not the hero we needed. Nor the hero we deserved. This is the hero we got when no one else showed up.

Slightly confused Cpt as looks like a decent chassis if you like Meds.

 

I've looked at the DPS on the Jager with 6 MG and a LPLAS with a single MLAS. The Arrow will have another MLAS and likely a DPS of around 9pts which he can maintain for about a minute when elited.

At 93 kph it will be able to chase off lights, if you stay and fight this for four seconds...it will have taken your 36 pts of armor on your leg and started chewing your internals.

Four seconds of fighting. 4.

I like the center torso hard point, and jump jets..... I'll be stripping the ferrro.... Six ballistics in the arms just seems like a waste at 45 tonns.

I would have been much happier with a BJ2-O setup

Of course that's a 50 ton mech and isn't out until 3058, but doesn't it seem like we've been waiting that long???

 

I've been running a "Bigger BJ" in my Jager, now I get to run a little Jager-DD in the BJ!

Since the Jager-DD 6x MG and 2x LPLas build runs a STD, this will probably just run an XL with very little difference.

Two builds i'll be looking into are: (3x MPLas, 6x MG) and (1x LPLas, 2x MLas, 6x MG)

More promising than the Huginns Diaper, but it kind of feels like the Ember was the 1994 classic Speed, while the Huginn and the Arrow are Speed 2. Keanu Reeves won't be piloting this!

 

Yep, that's what I plan to do. Though I'm not sure yet the pattern being symmetrical, on the video it looks like there are black areas - I don't know if it's actual color or just shadows.

The video says 235 is the highest engine.

Never really paid much attention to Blackjacks... but now they call it arrow and color it purple? How did they my favorite comic book character was Hawkeye! I must resist the temptation to now matter Blackjacks. Quick, someone tell me the Hatamoto - Chi is coming out soon[sup]tm[/sup] and I need to save money.

 

Just another type of Ninja Crit Stealer but now with 6 MGs. It's already tough having to deal with Embers and 5K Spiders taking my kills.
