Jenner sound like gêneur in my country. With this build i make 750 damage in a game. With jump jet you can fire and hide after.
I saw this and thought, "What? Why is this getting reposted?" Then I realized this hasn't been posted, yet. Huh. Nice build, for sure! Nobody expects a Blackjack to be a zombie. Plus, if you're going to be forced into close combat all the time with a mech like this, you may as well pack a standard engine. I'd be tempted to find a ton and a half somewhere to slap an AMS in there and really increase your survivability. Knocking off a JJ and a DHS isn't a terrible idea... 5-5 stars from me, actually. I'm tempted to go 4-5 because I think a Cicada can do this sort of thing better, but there is definitely a value to having JJs.
You can use an AMS if you want with this build. You can add one more heat sink if you dont want 4 jump jet. But the goal of this build is to jump over big building and mountain for a maxium surprise.
