NARC is a bad idea on an Atlas. The Command Console has no functions (as I'm aware). XL in an ATLAS is really bad. here is how I would run your build. I would say 1-5 stars, sorry mate.
dear lord vergere, its almost impossible to follow all of your actions on this site. Every time i click "unread" you have more posts! But ya,this mech is built too supporty for something that needs to be doing the killing. NARC and XL very bad for atlas and until we know what the Command console does theres no need for one.
